Sample Project / Reference Solution
A branded event kit designed for attendee registration, sponsor visibility and practical use during the conference.
This planning example assumes 1,200 attendees and a cost-effective conference gift bag. The items need to be easy to distribute at check-in, useful throughout the event and aligned with the event identity.
Reusable branded tote bag used as the main package.
Practical meeting items with clean logo printing.
Custom lanyard for attendee badges and sponsor visibility.
Printed event message card with schedule and sponsor information.
Sendora Gift helped compare materials, logo sizes and packaging methods to keep the project within budget. The final plan used screen printing for bags, pad printing for pens and full-color printing for insert cards.
The items were packed by set to simplify event-site distribution and reduce registration desk workload.
The buyer needed the gift bags to support both attendee experience and sponsor visibility. Because the quantity was high and the handout point was the registration desk, every item had to be lightweight, easy to count and simple to repack by set.
Before bulk production, the project team confirmed logo size, print position, tote bag material, notebook cover color, pen color and lanyard artwork. The packing plan grouped each set so event staff could distribute bags quickly without sorting separate products on site.
For conference gifts, share the event date, attendee quantity, booth or registration workflow, sponsor artwork and latest delivery date as early as possible.
For a higher-value kit, add a bottle or tumbler. For a lighter budget, keep the tote bag, pen, lanyard and printed insert card.
This reference direction shows how ready-to-distribute gift bags can be planned with consistent branding to support attendee experience and event presentation.
