Sendora Gift is operated by Shenzhen Gelinhong Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through inquiry forms, email, WhatsApp and uploaded reference files.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, project details, quantity, target budget, delivery destination, deadline and uploaded logo or reference files.

How We Use Information

We use this information to reply to RFQs, prepare quotations, recommend products, discuss samples, review logo and packaging requirements, coordinate delivery planning and maintain project communication.

Website and Lead Source Tracking

Our website may store a first-party visitor identifier and inquiry reference together with basic lead source information such as landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, browser language, timezone and recent page path history in localStorage or sessionStorage. When you submit a form, these details are saved with the inquiry. When you click a Sendora Gift WhatsApp link, we may record that click and add the inquiry reference to the pre-filled WhatsApp message. A WhatsApp click does not confirm that a message was sent.

File Uploads

If you upload a logo, artwork, reference image or project file, we use it only to review customization feasibility, quote the project or discuss sample details. Please do not upload files that you are not authorized to share.

Service Providers and Communication Channels

Inquiry forms and first-party attribution events are processed by Vercel serverless functions. Inquiry records may be stored in Supabase and notification emails are sent through Resend. Website hosting is provided by Vercel. Buyers may also choose to contact us through WhatsApp or Alibaba. These third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing and Production Support

We do not sell buyer information. Project details may be shared with production or logistics partners only when needed to prepare a quotation or fulfill a confirmed order.

Retention

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, support repeat orders, maintain business records or comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, accounting or legal reasons.
